Termite/Mold/Radon Service Agreement

When does the service agreement go into effect?
A. Upon receipt of order form and payment

What if the new owner discovers termites, mold or radon after they move in?
A. With the ServiceAccess agreement they are covered. They must notify us through the toll free number and we will dispatch a service provider within 48 hours.

Does ServiceAccess do an inspection?
A. Upon annual renewal we provide an inspection of the property.

How is this better than a standard termite agreement?
A. ServiceAccess covers all termites where most companies only cover subterranean termites. We also cover mold and radon, not covered by insurance or other service agreements.
 
Explain why this agreement is a benefit.
A. Termite inspections are only good for a short time and the inspector can only see 30% of the structure. Termites and mold may develop after the sale and ServiceAccess coverage will minimize the costly upfront expense associated with the protection against termites alone.
